  • The legal foundations of data protection are regulated in the EU Basic Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as DSGVO). The operator handles the protection of data and its security responsibly and complies with the statutory provisions:

  • the transfer of data is legally permissible and pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO necessary for the performance of contractual relationships and/or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures

  • there is a legal obligation to pass on data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO

  • the disclosure of data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interest of the operator or a third party, unless the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject, which require the protection of personal data, prevail (e.g. in the case of persons subject to protection)

  • By successfully entering the personal data of the user or provider in the registration process, the user or provider agrees that the operator may collect, process and use the data in accordance with the provisions listed here and to fulfill the contract.

Purpose of data collection and processing

  • Personal data is data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A natural person is identifiable if it can be identified directly or indirectly. This is the case with an assignment of data that can be identified by name, location data, online identifier, etc. or by unique physical, genetic, economic, etc. identifiers. characteristics.

  • In the registration process, the following personal data of the user or provider are requested: surname, first name, gender, postal code, place of residence, street and e-mail address.

  • In the registration process, the user or provider is requested to enter the following data: E-mail address and password in order to grant members access to the online offer via a log-in function. Legal basis is Art 6 I S 1 lit a and b DSGVO the voluntary consent of the user or provider and the membership contract.

  • The data shall remain stored by the Operator until the termination of the contractual relationship between the User and the Provider and shall then be deleted at the end of commercial and tax retention periods.

  • Non-registered or registered users of the digital platform can display providers within the scope of a search function by entering the following personal data: Km information for radius search starting from the place of residence (address: place of residence or postcode or street are required input data).

  • In order for the user to be able to contact the provider, it is necessary in a first step that a successful registration with the above personal data has taken place. In a second step, bank details are required in order to activate the cost-obligatory user contract (in the form of a membership).

  • The account or credit card data must be entered as part of the payment process for the chargeable use of the online service for users. For the fulfilment of the contract, it is necessary to forward this data to a company commissioned with the payment, as far as this is necessary for the payment of services. Depending on which payment service provider was selected by the user during the ordering process, the data collected for the processing of payments will be forwarded to the payment service provider (e.g. bank, Paypal).

  • If the user already has an account with the payment service provider, the payment service provider collects the data himself and the customer must enter the access data in the payment process and register with the payment service provider. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a,b DSGVO.

  • For a provider to be displayed in the search function and to receive a contact request from the user, it is necessary that a successful registration with the above personal data has taken place. In order to guarantee a successful search function, it is necessary that the provider's profile is filled with these additional details in addition to the above data: upload of a photo, details of the time of availability, further details of interest. The provider can change and delete these data independently at any time.

  • If a user or provider is successfully registered on, he or she agrees that the personal data entered will be displayed to other logged in members of the platform for contact purposes and that users can contact you using their released contact data. The legal basis is Art 6 I S 1 lit a DSGVO.

  • If the membership of the user or the user contract of the provider ends, his profile with all entered data and uploaded files will be completely and irretrievably deleted. This does not apply to data, such as invoice data, for which the operator is obliged to store for tax reasons. After expiration of the legal retention periods, these data are finally deleted.

Data acquisition on by the operator access data

  • Access data is data about each access to the server on which is located. These access data include IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, etc. These data are continuously stored for security reasons.

  •  The hosting provider processes this access data on behalf of the operator and follows the operator's instructions regarding operation, accessibility, maintenance and optimisation of the website and also for security reasons for fraud and abuse control. Cookies & IP Address

  • The use of cookies can be controlled independently by the user or provider: An option can be found in the browser settings with which the storage of cookies can be restricted or completely prevented. However, this setting has the consequence that the use as well as the comfortable operability of the digital platform without cookies are severely restricted.

  • The operator has no influence on the duration of the processing of cookies set by third parties and their storage of IP addresses.

  • If the user or provider contacts the operator via (contact form), the transmitted personal data will be processed (e.g. first and last name, e-mail address). These data are used exclusively for the answer of the contact in the context of the inquiry of the user and/or offerer over the contact form. This data will not be passed on to third parties or used for other purposes than those mentioned. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of the consent given voluntarily by the user or provider. The data will be deleted after the request has been processed, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain the data.

  • If the user or provider transmits personal data via, the purpose of the data processing depends on the request. The operator will use the personal data for the processing of the request. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f DSGVO.

  • The storage period of all other data provided by the user or provider is based on the processing time required for the request, unless this data is subject to longer tax and commercial retention periods. In any case, the data will be stored until the end of statutory limitation periods for claims for damages.

  • The uploaded extended criminal record is then deleted after the positive assessment.

rights concerned

  • The user or provider has the right, within the framework of the DSGVO, to request information free of charge on the personal data stored by the operator.

  • Furthermore, the Provider has the right to transfer his personal data (Art. 20 DSGVO).

  • The operator will explain the data processing within the scope of the information and provide an overview of all stored personal data of the user or provider (Art. 15 DSGVO).

  • The personal data can also be passed on to third parties under certain conditions if the original business purpose (provision of a digital platform on which care-seeking providers can find care for their children) is fulfilled. This applies in the event of the sale of a company or, for example, only part of a company (assets), if the transferee pursues the same business purpose and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the DSGVO in accordance with the law (authorisation). This procedure protects the personal data from unauthorised access by third parties and ensures that they are only processed within the scope of the operator's purpose and in compliance with the DSGVO.

  • The user or provider is entitled to correction of his stored personal data (Art. 16 DSGVO) and restriction of this (Art. 18 DSGVO) if it is incorrect or no longer up-to-date.

  • The user or provider can demand the deletion of his data. If data deletion is not possible due to legal regulations, the data will be blocked and processed exclusively for the legal purpose (Art. 17 DSGVO).

  • The user or provider has the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority responsible for the operator in justified cases (Art. 77 DSGVO).

  • According to Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO, the user or provider is entitled to revoke his consent to the collection and storage of his personal data by Such a revocation can be asserted by e-mail to . Data acquisition on by integration of services and contents of third parties

  • The operator integrates services of other companies within the digital platform in order to make the online offer more attractive for the user or provider and to continuously optimise it (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 a, f DSGVO).

  • The transfer of all personal data to the third-party providers listed below is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO (consent) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (processing to fulfill a contract).

  •  In the event that personal data is transferred to the USA, the third parties listed below have submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield. In this agreement, the US Department of Commerce regulates the collection, use and storage of personal data and all EU member states undertake to comply with it.

  • The user or provider has the possibility to revoke consent to data processing at any time. A revocation has no effect on the effectiveness of past data processing operations. However, revocation will have the consequence that basic services, which involve the fulfilment of the user contract, cannot be fulfilled. A termination of the user contract between operator and user or provider would thus be the consequence.

Stripe - Payment service

  • Stripe meets the strictest security requirements: It is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider and encrypts the transmission of data via SSL. This makes it a trustworthy processing partner for the operator. 

  • All user data for payment processing is not stored temporarily on the operator's server, but sent securely and directly to Stripe. The operator thus complies with the security standards for processing credit card transactions (PCI) and increases them, since a possible attack on the operator's server would not cause any loss of credit card data.

Google Analytics

  • The digital platform uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

  •  Google Analytics can be used to create analyses of user behaviour. On the basis of this analysis it is possible to optimize the website creation or the online offer for the user or provider.

  • Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie (user recognition by user ID, advertising ID by DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID cookies) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

  • The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The data will be deleted after 26 months.

SendGrid Inc.

  • The operator uses the service SendGrid, Inc., 1801 California Street, Suite 500 Denver, Colorado 80202 to transfer personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address) to a server based in the USA. You can find more information about the use of data within the scope of the service at

  • The operator uses the e-mail address of the user or provider to send e-mails via SendGrid, with the purpose of informing the user or provider about the successful registration, to confirm the e-mail address or to send reminders of pending evaluations.


Links to social networks

  • On you will find links to the social networks Facebook ( Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) and Instagram (Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland), with corresponding logo. By activating the links by the user or provider, a redirection to the page of the company presence in the respective social network is made and a connection to the addressed server is established. The following information is transmitted to the server of the social network:

- Information about the page visit (domain address, date, time)

- IP address

- device recognition for mobile devices

- Information about the browser used and the operating system.

  • If an active login exists in the social network, it is possible to assign the aforementioned information to the account of the user or provider. This allows targeted advertising to be displayed or usage and analysis data to be generated. It is recommended to log out regularly after using the social network in order to avoid data allocation to the profile.

  • On the SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) is used in connection with the highest encryption level (256 bit or 1128 bit encryption, depending on the browser of the user or provider).

  • The operator constantly maintains and improves all technical and organizational security measures. This is to ensure that the user or provider is protected against any kind of accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties.

  • Despite the highest security measures, security gaps in data transmissions on the Internet cannot be completely ruled out and there is a risk of access by third parties.

right of objection

  • The user or provider has the right at any time to object to the personal data processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f DSGVO if there are reasons for the objection which result from your particular situation.

  • In the event of compelling reasons worthy of protection which outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the user or provider, the personal data may be processed further. The same applies if the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

  • If the operator processes the personal data in order to carry out direct advertising, the user or provider has the right to object to the processing of the personal data for the purpose of such advertising at any time without giving reasons (Art. 21 DSGVO).

Modification of the data protection declaration

  • We reserve the right to change this data protection declaration, e.g. if the legal or official specifications or contents of our Internet offer change. Status: January 2020.

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

  • uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").

  • If the user or provider clicks on an ad placed by Google (Google AdWords), a cookie is set for conversion tracking (Google Conversion Tracking). With active cookie  can be tracked when the user or provider visits, whether they have clicked on the ad beforehand and accessed the digital platform via it. Cookies are deleted after 30 days.

  • The operator learns, among other things, the total number of users who clicked on the ad and were forwarded to the digital platform,  however, no data that can personally identify a user.

Google Maps

  • uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save the IP address of the user or provider. This information is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The operator of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

  • The user or provider can deactivate the Google Maps service and thus prevent data transfer by deactivating JavaScript in their browser. However, as a result of this step, no more functions can be used on 

  • The use of Google Maps serves as part of the online offer to evaluate the available providers in the area of the user's search function. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
